She was the 3rd, 4th, 10th, and 11th Doctor's Companion.
Her first appearance was in The Time Warrior (15th Dec 1973) where she became Jon Pertwee's companion.
She is still greatly missed, as the actress who played her "Elisabeth Sladen" sadly passed away in 2011.
