Meet Vaudvilian The Dapper Villain. Why does he do crime because he saw how Inelegant so many criminals were and he wanted to bring a touch of class back to the criminal class. Using his genius level intellect he creates devastating devices that help him commit various dastardly crimes. He never kills but will embarrass a hero.
His dapper suit is bullet proof, He has rockets in the shoes that let him fly, his glasses shoot lasers, He has mind control pocket watch,
While his cane has hidden blade made of siderite that can pretty much cut through anything, deploy smoke, create energy barriers, project knockout gas, It even has a force blaster projector in it for when he needs to hit a little harder and of course it can spray out a frictionless fluid to trip up his enemies but he's also nimble enough to use it to slide around any battlefield.
He also has An army of robot helpers and a handful of minions to help him with dapper crime spree.
His dapper mustache has been known to be so charming that it is caused some people to just let him go.
