This afternoon, we watched this martial arts gentle comedy drama film on Netflix.
"Three Kung Fu prodigies have grown into washed-up, middle-aged men, now one kick away from pulling their hamstrings. But when their master is murdered, they must juggle their dead-end jobs, dad duties, and old grudges to avenge his death."
This is not your typical all action martial arts film, it's more of a drama with elements of comedy about three middle aged men reuniting after nearly 30 years of being apart and trying to pick up on their lost fighting spirit and to bring the bad guy to justice whilst dealing with backaches, bad fighting styles, being a weekend dad and ex-wives!
This is a real good independent, low budget movie with a lot of heart and spirit and some genuine friendships among the cast.
I shall rate this movie a score of 8/10.
