THE EMISSARIES OF INJUSTICE

With the founding of The Justice Squad, there was now a real team of superheroes fighting evil in the world. This didn't sit well with Mind Witch, arch-enemy of Jade Blossom. She and Jade were evenly matched for the most part, but taking on her team mates was a different matter. So she decided to form a team of her own to counter them. She began seeking out other villains who were known enemies of members of the Justice Squad.
Her first recruit was Nocturna, Lady Falcon's nemesis. Nocturna had built a suit with mechanical bat wings, enabling her to fly. The gloves had claws in them, and her mask had infrared optical sighting and sonar. She was more than willing to join up, realizing there was strength in numbers.
Her next recruit was El Caracol (The Snail). This enemy of Velocidad had built a pair of gauntlets that emitted vibrations at a specific wavelength. When connected to the power tank he wore on his back, El Caracol could emit vibrations so strong as to paralyze people in place. This allowed him to slow Velocidad down to human speed on more than one occasion, making him an effective member of the team.
Minotaur is an agent for a consortium of self-serving scientists. Her powered armor and Axe make her a match for Vanguard, who she has fought in the past. The Consortium agreed to lend her services to the team, as they saw value in the Justice Squad being defeated.
Lastly, she recruited Laser. Laser is a mutant who developed the ability to channel light based energy. This allows him to project laser beams, fly, and created force fields around his body for protection. He is less experienced villain, but he has fought Shooting Star on two occasions in the past, making him a reasonable counter to that hero.
In their first outing as a team, they defeated the Justice Squad. In their second encounter, they had them on the ropes, but when the fight spilled into the hood, Mack Daddy & Soul Fist got involved, turning the tide against them. Needless to say, they are a formidable threat to not just the Justice Squad, but to any heroes they encounter.
