Vanguard - This hero was created by a secret consortium of scientists who wanted an agent to help maintain order in the world. A series of satellites in orbit project rays onto him, giving him super strength, invulnerability, and the ability to leap great distances.
Lady Falcon - Descended from the Egyptian God Horus, Lady Falcon is a demi-goddess. When she takes on her warrior form, she has wings that enable her to fly, armor to protect her, and claws that can rip through steel. She also has enhanced vision, enabling her to see great distances.
Velocidad (Velocity) - a Puerto Rican hero who developed super speed abilities. He can run up walls and over water, as well as create sonic booms by clapping his hands together at super speed.
