It's loosely based on the book series of the same name, The series abandons the adaptation format of the 1995 original TV series to focus on an adult serialized style of storytelling instead, while still featuring many of the existing Goosebumps monsters and items.
This series was bloody brilliant and very exciting in parts with some great acting from the cast.
Hopefully they will make a second series as this one ends on a cliffhanger.
I shall rate this series of 10 episodes a score of 8/10.
