EIKTHYMIR

Eikthyrnir is a deer that resides at the top of Odin's palace, Valhalla, along with the Heidrun goat. There, Eikthyrnir spends the days biting the leaves of the great Laerad tree, around which Valhalla was built. According to the Edda drops of an unnamed fluid drip from the horns of Eikthyrnir, in such a large volume that they fill Hvergelmir, the great source from which flow all the great rivers of the world.
