I'm not a fan of Jesse Eisenberg but I thought I would give it a go as the trailer looked interesting.
A young couple are shown a new house in a new property housing estate and they end up trapped with no means of escape and nobody else around, until a baby boy arrives in a cardboard box outside the home that they are trapped in.
Imogen Poots did a wonderful job as the main lead as her character is facing existential terror and horror as the couple can not find a way out in this labyrinth of suburban identical houses even the environment is fake, including the stationary clouds in the sky.
The film starts off okay but ends up being slightly nasty and horrific. It did remind me of an episode of The Twilight Zone or a horror version of the Truman Show.
I will rate this film a score of 4/10.
