This time Joe Carroll, the serial from the first season has escaped and faked his death, a year later he emerges when a copycat serial killer starts up her own cult of killers and both of them declare war against each other and with the FBI agent Ryan Hardy (played by Kevin Bacon)
With help from his Niece and other allies, Ryan must bring them all to justice or kill them before they kill again! This series was actually quite good with some decent twists in the story and the ending was very good, I will be starting season 3 soon.
I shall rate this series a score of 8/10.
