It's based loosely on a graphic novel of the same name (but do not read it as it's very different from the film) Plus do not watch the trailer as it might spoil things for you in the movie.
It stars the voice cast of Chloë Grace Moretz as the titular character Nimona and Riz Ahmed as her sidekick and former knight Ballister Boldheart.
The movie combines both fantasy elements and sci-fi futuristic technology that includes flying cars and blaster swords.
The film is very action packed and funny with a decent storyline and the animation is really good.
I shall watch this again as it's worth it and I will rate this film a score of 9/10.
