This is the first time I’ve watched this series since the early days when it was not filled with Hollywood stars.
And this is what I thought of each episode -
1. "Joan is Awful" – was an alright episode with Hollywood actress Salma Hayek starring. It does concern deepfake footage and the dangers of not reading the Terms and Conditions of things.
I shall rate this episode a score of 6/10.
2. "Loch Henry" - was okay, it centers on a true crime documentary being filmed and the twists in the story. John Hannah stars in this one. I shall rate this episode a score of 4/10.
3. "Beyond The Sea" – set in an alternate reality of 1969, it stars Josh Hartnett, Aaron Paul, and Kate Mara. The story was pretty boring and pointless. I will rate this episode a score of 2/10.
4. "Mazey Day" – stars Zazie Beetz as a Paparazzi who discovers a mystery over an actress. It started off boring, but it got better when the twist is revealed. I shall rate this episode a score of 6/10.
5. "Demon 79" – stars Anjana Vasan as a woman who must make a deal with a demon to save the world from the apocalypse. This was for me, the best episode of this season and I shall rate this episode a score of 8/10.
Overall score for season 6 has been an average rating of 5/10.
I was not impressed at all, but I am slowly working my way back to the beginning of the series to see if it was better or not.
