The Fabulous Frog-Boy (he insists that media use the full epithet, accenting the word "fabulous) is a supehero active in New Orleans. When his mutation erupted, he gained the strength and agilty of a human-sized frog. His form twisted into that of an anthropomorphic frog as well.
In addition to his increased strength, reaction time, and the ability to make predigious leaps, he also has a sticky, extendable tongue that he can use as a weapon.
His costume is specially designed to protect those around him from his slightly toxic, slightly hallucinatory mucus that his body exudes involuntarily.
Despite seeming to be a joke, he has actually been a surprisingly effective hero, and has become popular among the people of New Orleans, to the point that it is not always safe to insult him in front of native to that city.
