 **Film Synopsis:**

Star Breaker, a volunteer seeking redemption, offers his cosmic powers and advanced technology to aid in the fight against the encroaching darkness. His sleek, organic-metal suit grants him unparalleled strength and agility, making him a formidable ally in battle.

Rounding out the team is Tempest, a fierce Pacific Islander with the power to control the elements, and Death Proof, a relentless mercenary with a shady past and a penchant for violence.

As the REJECTS come together to confront the looming threats to Earth, they soon find themselves facing an enemy unlike any they've encountered before—an extraterrestrial being known as Xerathal, the Alien Artificer. With his mastery of advanced technology and cosmic energies, Xerathal seeks to conquer the universe and bend it to his will.

With Earth's fate hanging in the balance, the REJECTS must band together, harnessing their unique abilities and overcoming their personal demons to stand against the cosmic forces aligned against them. As they embark on their perilous journey, they will discover that true heroism lies not in power or strength, but in the courage to fight for what is right, no matter the cost.

**Ending Montage Scene:**

Amidst the chaos and uncertainty, Deputy Director Marcus Shaw seeks out Jack Reynolds, his former comrade-in-arms, at a smoky VFW bar. As Jack nurses a drink, Marcus approaches him with an offer to join the team full-time.

**MARCUS SHAW:** Jack.

*Jack turns to see Marcus, their eyes meeting in a silent exchange.*

**JACK REYNOLDS:** Marcus.

*Marcus takes a seat next to Jack, their conversation quiet yet weighted with significance.*

**MARCUS SHAW:** You know, Jack, we could use someone like you on the team. You've got the skills, the experience...

*Jack remains silent for a moment, contemplating Marcus's words. Finally, he responds.*

**JACK REYNOLDS:** I'll think about it.

*As the words hang in the air, the jukebox in the corner starts to play "Bad Company" by Bad Company. The camera pans out, capturing the scene as Marcus and Jack sit in contemplative silence, their futures intertwined with the fate of the universe.*

*Fade to black, leaving the audience with a sense of anticipation for the adventures yet to come.*

 This Human was very brave to stand up for what he believes in, and yes, he died because he cannot stand the ongoing genocide committed by Israel and backed by countries of America and the UK. A very brave soul. Rest in Peace!

MR. FRIDAY THE THIRTEENTH

 Mr. Friday the Thirteenth: Jack Dupp was always an oddity in his small hometown. Born on Friday the 13th, some of the local superstitions surrounded him from the moment he entered the world. But it wasn't the date of his birth that set him apart; it was the strange power he seemed to possess. Jack has the uncanny ability to influence the luck of those around him. At first, it seemed like a harmless quirk - a lucky streak here, a stroke of bad luck there. As he matured, Jack realized that his power was getting out of control. People were having the worst days of their lives just by being in his presence. Eventually a series of unfortunate events rocked the town, all seemingly coming from Jack's influence. People started to avoid him, whispers about the curse of Friday the 13th and the boy who brought nothing but bad luck. Feeling alone and lost, Jack made the painful decision to leave his hometown and set out on a journey to understand and, if possible, control his strange power.

Powers: Jack has the ability to influence the luck of those around him. When in his presence, their luck- either good or bad (mostly bad) - is heightened based on his influence.

GRAYVERN

 Grayvern is a Gnome living in the Puddlewyrm forest alone. He lost his adventuring party to the dangers they came across.

He started off his career as a Ranger but after watching his friends die, he decided to study Necromancy to bring his friends back to life. After years living alone, his sanity left him, like everyone else. Now he hunts his territory for anyone so that he can harvest their body parts for supplies.

C.I.APE

 This afternoon, we watched this low budget children's family spy action comedy film on Prime Video.

"In the world of espionage, some missions require an agent with a unique set of skills, possessing not just bravery but an ability to melt even the most villainous heart. This is a job for C.I.Ape."

I was actually really impressed by how the completely CGI chimpanzee looked in this. Very sweet!

The plot is a little slow, and the actors are not recognisable, but the production quality is overall pretty good considering the budget.

It is a sweet and silly film to watch that children would love.

I shall rate it a score of 5/10.

REST IN PEACE TO BELOR

 Rest In Peace to British Actress, Pamela Salem.

Best known for the role of Professor Rachel Jensen in the 1988 Doctor Who story "Remembrance of the Daleks" a role she reprised for Big Finish Productions audio drama spin-off series "Counter Measures."

Also known for the role of the evil witch Belor in the ITV Children's Fantasy series "Into the Labyrinth" from 1980.

ATTACK OF THE WILD BEASTS

 Caledonian Forest 120 AD

" Written by Titus Ursus, Primus pilus of Legiō IX Hispana, in the third year of Hadrian's reign (* 120 AD). This will probably be the last papyrus and entry in my diary. Our legion was ambushed in the wild realm called Caledonian Forest and was almost completely annihilated. Half of my first cohort is all that was left of the IX legiō. We were pushed into the marsh and we will probably die here, fighting bravely to the end in the name of Rome and the Emperor. We were attacked by a demonic pack of the barbaric Picts. They looked more like wild beasts than humans. Some of them were dressed in animal furs, painted with strange runic signs... others seemed to be two-legged wild beasts. They tore us apart as if we were made of paper! I saw our legatus and my brothers in arms being eaten alive, I will never forget their screams. The barbarians attacked us unnoticed, quickly and with wild fury, then disappeared in the fog. Mainly at night. Our shields, swords and armor were no use here. The enemy we face seems to be the ancient wrath of some dark gods we have awakened. We should never invade these lands. I hear demonic howls, they're coming! They're coming! "

KID VAMP

 Kyle was the scrawniest 9th grader any of his teachers had ever seen. 5 foot nothing, skinny, pale. He looked like you could knock him over with a feather. And the comic books, Jesus. Don't get the boy talking about superheroes. 99% of the time you couldn't get him to say a word, but when the subject of superheroes came up, you couldn't get him to shut up. He was obsessed. The jocks, preps, hell, even the goths all bullied him.

One night, riding his bike home from the comic book store, some members of the football team started following him and hit him with their pick up truck. He was flung into the woods, severely injured. The football players ran, scared they'd go to jail.

While Kyle lay there bleeding out, a dark figure walked out of the shadows of the forest. A tall, pale man. Moving slowly and gracefully, he picked Kyle up as if he weighed nothing and carried him to the nearby cemetery.

The man laid him on a slab in an open mausoleum. Then with his thumb nail, so sharp it seemed like a claw, he pierced the flesh of his own wrist until he bled. He held the wound up to Kyle's lips. "Drink." he said. And Kyle drank.

In the morning, Kyle awoke in his own bed, assuming he'd just had the weirdest dream of his young life. But when he stumbled into the bathroom and looked in the mirror, he found to his horror that he was covered in blood.

Was it true? Had he been nearly killed and turned into a vampire?! He felt strange. Powerful. Thirsty.

He cleaned himself up and spent the next few days testing his limits. He was stronger. Faster. Agile. Beyond his wildest dreams.

He knew what he must do. It's like what Uncle Ben told Spiderman... With great power, comes great responsibility...

Evil better beware. Kid Vamp is on the prowl, and he's thirsty, for justice.

BADLAND HUNTERS

 Last night, I watched this 2024 South Korean dystopian sci-fi horror action film on Netflix.

It stars Ma Dong-seok of the Roundup series of movies.

"The film is a sequel to Concrete Utopia (which you don't need to watch to make any sense of this film) and it takes up the story post-earthquake transformation of Seoul into an apocalyptic wasteland, where everything from law and order to civilization has collapsed.

The story is about a trio of heroes who must rescue some kidnapped teenagers from an evil scientist who has been experimenting on them and the soldiers who work for him have been mutated into something else!"

This movie is action packed filled with lots of awesome fight scenes and excellent gunplay with some neat tongue in cheek humour.

I really did love this film, and it helped my eyesight as well as it was brilliantly dubbed.

I shall rate this flick a score of 8/10.

I highly recommend this movie.

I am now going to look for the first film and the Roundup series of movies as well.

WHEELCHAIR RACING!

 Wheelchair Demolition Derby!

I would do this, as long as I get myself a bigger and meaner looking electric wheelchair with spikes and I'm wearing a hard helmet and armour!

I could go all "Mad Max" on them all.

THE EYE!

 This mysterious circular island in Argentina not only floats, but also rotates constantly - and we don’t really know why. "The Eye" or "El Ojo," located in the Paraná Delta, Argentina, is about 120m across and rotates on its own. Despite scientific research, and even speculation about UFOs, its origin remains a mystery.

GILBERT AND TEDDY

 The concept was that this sad looking fellow was part of an obsolete robot factory worker line that was going to be totally scrapped and replaced by newer, sleeker, more advanced robots. He's of no use to the factory anymore so he gets tossed out to the alley with the rest of the trash. There he finds a ragged little teddy bear with a few tears and missing one of his button eyes, also once loved, now discarded. They form a bond, take care of each other and go on adventures.

RADIOACTIVE NOTEBOOKS

 The radiation levels Marie Curie and her husband Pierre Curie were exposed to were so powerful that her notebooks are now kept in lead-lined boxes.

MONEY HEIST SEASON 5

 Last night, I finished watching season 5, the final series of Money Heist on Netflix.

This was an epic action packed and big budget series of the Spanish heist series.

Things went bad for the gang of thieves as they loose a beloved member in a massive gun battle as a group of Black Ops Soldiers break in to stop the gang from stealing the gold as the corrupt Police Force and Intelligence services are planning to execute the whole group and lie about it to the public who are supporting the robbers as they are acting like "Robin Hoods."

The Professor, the leader of the gang teams up with the now disgraced Police Inspector who has been set up to take the fall from the Intelligence services, so the two of them and another group of robbers who operate on the outside of the Bank of Spain, must deal with acquiring the gold, and rescuing the rest of their comrades and try to find a way to get out Alive!

This was an epic series and well written and acted, with a higher budget to include Helicopters, Trucks, Explosions, and Navy Ships as each episode was an outstanding masterpiece.

I shall rate this season and the whole Five seasons a score of 10/10.

I will start on the short lived Prequel series next and maybe the Korean remake.

I have not watched an amazing TV series in such a long time!

THE PATCHWORK MAN

The Patchwork Man, a supernatural entity that stalks the streets at night, dispensing justice to those who would harm others. His costume is a patchwork of various pieces of clothing sewn together, as is his cloak.

Unknown to anyone, The Patchwork Man is a golem that was created to protect people in poorer neighborhoods. No one knows who created it; even the Patchwork Man doesn't know. He awoke one night in an abandoned warehouse, and found the clothing he now wears. He doesn't have a name or any memories, but he has an imperative to protect the weak from those who would prey on them.

The Patchwork man has limited super strength (he can lift a car over his head, and throw it about half a block), and his body doesn't feel pain when he is shot or stabbed. He can run faster than a normal person, and appears immune to gas based attacks (tear gas, poisons, etc). During the day he hibernates in the abandoned warehouse he woke up in. When the sun goes down, he awakens, and fulfills the Geas he is under.

THE WEAVER

 The serial killer known as The Weaver is distinct in that his costume and mask is made of sweater like material. The costume is actually enchanted, as it has a demon bound to it. The costume allows The Weaver to control and summon yarn like material. He is able to create yarn out of air, which he projects at opponents to ensnare them, suffocate them, and even fire solid balls of yarn to strike people.

No one knows who The Weaver is under the costume, so his identity is a total mystery. He has crossed paths with The Patchwork man before, and considers The Weaver to be his arch-enemy.

DOCTOR OMEGA

 𝙒𝙃𝙊 𝙄𝙎 𝘿𝙊𝘾𝙏𝙊𝙍 𝙊𝙈𝙀𝙂𝘼?

Doctor Omega is a character introduced by French writer Arnould Galopin in his 1906 science fiction novel "Le Docteur Oméga." In the book, the eccentric scientist embarks on various adventures with several companions in his spacecraft Cosmos.

His spacecraft is made from a mysterious substance called repulsite, which repels space and time.

Doctor Omega is considered one of the early prototypes of the "mad scientist" archetype in science fiction, and an inspiration for Doctor Who. 

MAD HEIDI

 This afternoon, we watched this wacky action comedy film on Prime Video for which I rented for 99p and it was worth every single penny. This movie is a "Swissploitation" of a film, including the sound effects you get from movies like this, including adverts focused throughout the feature.

The film is very loosely based on the children's character of Heidi, a Swiss character from the books first written in 1880 and has spawned lots of TV series, Films, and Cartoons, as well as a number of books.

This film is not officially associated with the works of the author Johanna Spyri nor with the country of Switzerland.

"In a dystopian Switzerland that has fallen under the fascist rule of an evil cheese tyrant, Heidi lives the pure and simple life in the Swiss Alps. Grandfather Alpöhi does his best to protect Heidi, but her yearning for freedom soon gets her into trouble with the dictator's henchmen. The innocent girl transforms herself into a kick-ass female fighting force who sets out to liberate the country from the insane cheese fascists."

After sweet Heidi looses the love of her life Goat Peter and her Grandfather from the Nazi inspired Cheese Soldiers, she is captured and sent to an all female prison, from which she must escape from and learn the special skills she needs to fight back and to stop the evil President of Switzerland played by the tongue in cheek OTT acting of Casper Van Dien. and also form the resistance force to help her fight off the Cheese Zombies!

This film is Bonkers Mental and very gory, and has some nudity, so beware for some naughty scenes of Boobs!

This is not a family film and the rating is an "18."

Love this film so very much!

I shall rate this flick a score of 10/10.

ADVENTURES OF RUFUS: THE FANTASTIC PET

 Yesterday, we also watched this family fantasy movie on Prime Video. Apparently it's based on a book of the same name, but I cannot find any information about it.

"Scott and Emily are at his grandmother's home when they suddenly discover a mysterious creature named Rufus and the wizard Abbot in a secret room filled with portals to other realities.

They have a mission: with the help of an ancient spell book, they'll gather some ingredients to make a magic dust to save their magical kingdom."

The story was pretty decent with average looking special effects and the acting was okay-ish.

The one problem I do have is the subtitle to this film "The Fantastic Pet" makes no sense as Rufus is not a pet but a warrior of a magical kingdom, who's grandfather actually fought in the Battle of the Five Armies from The Lord of the Rings as that is real in another reality.

It did have a few nods to classic films like "The Princess Bride" and even a few Disney animated films too.

The character of Rufus was really good and it inspired me in creating a character similar looking to him.

I would watch this again, and the whole family should love this fantasy film.

I shall rate this movie a score of 7/10.

ROLE PLAY

 Yesterday, we watched this Action Comedy Drama on Prime Video.

It's not a Rom-Com, despite it being advertised as such, it's more than that.

The acting was alright as was the action scenes.

Kaley Cuoco (Big Bang Theory) plays a Hitwoman who has hidden her identity from her clueless husband played by David Oyelowo as both are being hunted down by an organisation of assassins who want her back in their clutches.

It's a bit True Lies and a bit Mr. and Mrs. Smith (the movie).

It's more drama than action but it was surprisingly good and worth a watch as I was not bored.

I shall rate this flick a score of 7/10.

GASLAMP

 "Gaslamp, first appeared in Strange Academy, #13, 2021. Gaslamp was a magician stationed in New Orleans who dealt in dark magic and specialized in granting wishes in which he sold like drugs. One of his clients was Zoe Laveau, a young girl who struggled with her magic skills and turned to him to better live up to her father's expectations. Since she kept turning back for more , the dark magic took a toll on her, but neither she nor her parents noticed until it was too late and she died.

Her parents managed to bring her back to life but she was forever damaged by the dark magic and renounced Gaslamp's services. Sometime later after she was telling her friends this story, Calvin Morse saw in Gaslamp an opportunity to regain his magical powers after losing them shortly before. Gaslamp who was lurking in the shadows overhead the whole thing and ordered his servant Poppet to bring him the boy. Poppet was successful in his task and so Gaslamp gave Calvin the first dose for free. He then told him he would need to pay if he wanted more. Shortly after, Calvin returned to him asking for more power and Gaslamp agreed to keep giving it to him as long as he brought him more customers from the school. He was confronted by Doctor Voodoo who told Calvin had been expelled and sent him home, before warning him never to go near his students again. Gaslamp was not intimidated and reminded Voodoo of a prophecy that one of his students would destroy Strange Academy. Later, he met Calvin on top of a roof and asked him if he could sense a bond breaking. At the time, Emily Bright was leading a walkout of students at the school in protest of Calvin's expulsion.

Powers that Gaslamp has is dark magic with a specific in wish granting. He uses dark magic to grant other people's wishes bit it always comes with a price."
