I took my time with this season as it really dragged and the first half of the series, I found it to be boring and slow, but the second half it got better when the trio were reunited together in the investigation.
That's my major bugbear with ensemble shows, when they spilt the group up and they do separate stories, it always seems to slow the show down and the writing is never that good, but with this series, it took a while to get me hooked, despite the guest stars of Paul Rudd and Meryl Streep.
Anyway, when they got back together, the magic was back and the three leads sparked off each other as they did in the first two seasons.
There will be a fourth season next year which should hopefully be good.
I shall rate this murder mystery series a score of 6.5/10.
Don't break up the trio of leads!
