It was actually really good and very gritty, with some nice nods to the original source material including a cameo from Jason David Frank and Amy Jo Johnson.
The film was far better than I thought it was going to be and the actors who played the Rangers did a good job, including the actress who plays Rita Repulsa.
The only niggle I had was the length of the movie, being over 2 hours which I thought was too long, and the actors who play Zordon and Alpha 5, which did not fit the voice roles.
Overall, I really enjoyed it, and it was a shame it bombed at the cinema, and it never got the sequel that it deserves.
but I will rate this film a score of 7/10.
