33 years ago, Sergeant Al Powell, an LAPD sergeant, helped save dozens of lives from foreign terrorists, after being sent to investigate a prank call at Nakatomi Plaza.
Every year, we honour his bravery by showing the documentary film"Die Hard" about his infamous exploits.
