CLUE

This afternoon, we watched this black comedy murder mystery film on Paramount+

This is a hysterical spoof of the well known board game Cluedo, known as Clue in America.
"Six guests are anonymously invited to a strange mansion for dinner, but after their host is killed, they must cooperate with the butler and the maid to identify the murderer as the bodies pile up.
Who did it? Was it "Colonel Mustard", "Mrs. White", "Mrs. Peacock", "Mr. Green", "Professor Plum", or "Miss Scarlet"? Or did the butler "Wadsworth" or the maid "Yvette" did it?"
This movie came out in 1985 and this is the first time I've ever seen it and I loved it.
The ensemble cast are a pure delight - Eileen Brennan, Tim Curry, Madeline Kahn, Christopher Lloyd, Michael McKean, Martin Mull, and Lesley Ann Warren, with Colleen Camp and Lee Ving in supporting roles.
Inspired by the nature of the board game, the film has multiple different endings, each one with a different murderer.
Candy introduced me to this film and I am very grateful as this was brilliantly funny and slapstick.
I highly recommend this movie to anybody.
I shall rate this film a score of 8/10.
