It stars Kevin Dillion and Mel Gibson.
Dillion is a former hacker who is stuck on a seat in his office with a bomb attached underneath and is being blackmailed by a criminal to steal a huge amount of money via computer transfer and Gibson is a bomb squad officer who must rescue him and disarm the bomb.
The film is incredibly low budget and the bad guy was easy to figure out from the beginning.
I think I actually wasted my money in renting this flick.
I shall rate this film a score of 5/10.
