It's about the title character Elfie Hopkins (Jaime Winstone), a 22-year-old slacker and "Wanna-Be" detective. She is a stoner and an animal lover, and she starts to investigate her mysterious new neighbours The Gammons, when fellow villagers start to go missing.
I really thought this would be a decent horror flick, but the writing and acting was sub-par and the outcome at the end came quickly and a lot of illogical things happen throughout the film.
Even Ray Winstone's cameo was just plain stupid, and his character made no sense.
I was incredibly disappointed by this, and I shall rate this film a score of 4/10.
