Not only did Phillip groom a 13 year old boy years ago and got him an assistant job on his TV show "This Morning" but his brother Timothy actually told Phillip back in 2016 on what he is doing with young boys and Phillip told him to leave the boys alone as it would ruin his career! He already knew about it.
