It stars Leo Fafard of Wolfcop fame.
It’s a low budget average road movie as two brothers must travel across the wastelands of a devasted Canada to search for a cure for a plague that is destroying the population. They must deal with road bandits, savages, and each other!
It's very basic and there are some decent-ish special effects and action scenes.
I will rate this movie a score of 6/10.
