It is so bad that it is actually very funny, the budget was $300K.
Bad acting, no special effects (apart from dummies in the distance, and computer effects from Windows 5, and the pacing jumps from one scene to another with no reason.
I have to rate this mess on a score of 1/10.
The 1 is for the neat idea of transferring the legends to modern times. But why does it always have to be America?
