INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS

Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978) was a very scary movie for me when I was a kid, and the reason for that was just simple.
The bad guys won!
The final scene with Donald Sutherland when he turns round, points his finger and screams that awful sound.
You knew that everything was lost and the good guys had fallen.
As a kid I was not used to the good guys losing and it shattered my view of reality and I vowed in someway that I will never fall against the forces of evil.
