STUMP OWW!

Well yet another fuck up from the district nurses. Last Thursday, one of them thought it would be a good idea to scrum really hard on my right stump as the skin needs a gentle clean every other day due to my Lymphedema. She really did hurt me so much that I swore outloud and I needed extra painmeds. The only problems I have ever had with my right stump is that it hurts as I can feel the bone scraping against my skin. It's my left stump that has always been a bit of a trouble and get's treated with compression bandages, cream, etc. Anyway, come Friday morning, my right stump was bright red and very sore, it even started leaking on the floor. Candy bandaged it up and when we saw the nurses again on their visit on Monday, just gone, I explained that I was mad as hell and this nurse fucked up, I did not hold back on my feelings and my pain. They gave me some anti-biotics and to keep an eye on it, but they have not owned up to the fact they caused this problem and damage to my skin. I spoke to the GP and he is not bothered about it and to trust the word of the district nurses. Seriously I am fed up with all of this now.
